Additional responsibilities include:• Assisting the FHR Architecture team in capacity planning• Documenting requirements for the monitoring of FHR specific applications• Collaborating with developer and/or server teams to identify the root cause of application issues• Developing scripts used for application processing• SAN replication and application startup/shutdown automation• Assisting with application testing• Developing processes & procedures for operating FHR applications• Perform administrative functions (such as report generation, user activation/deactivation, etc.• Trouble shooting/analysis skills• Good communication skills• Familiarity with industry tools/utilities necessary to perform required tasks• Strong customer service skills. Education Required:Associate's Degree in CIS or equivalent work experience Compensation/Benefits Competitive wages and benefits packages commensurate with experience.
