Operational Client Service Representative

This position is responsible for processing day to day Call Center Client requests relating to NutriSystem, Inc. product orders; including processing exchange requests, partial and full credits, missing and damaged orders, claims and charge backs as well as providing field sale consultant assistance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management.

Key in Client Exchange requests
Approve or Deny exchanges, missing and damaged requests
Key in returns
Apply full and partial credit to client accounts.
Communicate with Field Sales Consultants
Input all client related claims for processing
Apply survey rewards to client profiles
Provide feedback/solutions to manager/supervisor to avoid errors and provide better service
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work within deadlines
Detail oriented and ability to work within timeframes and standards
Ability to be self motivated

Education/Experience
High School Degree minimum
1-3 years customer service; data entry and claims processing experience helpful

Computer Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
