We are seeking an experienced, results driven, energetic individual to join our team and become part of our dynamic, family owned business.  The position is based in the greater Little Rock area and requires approximately 50% overnight travel within the United States and abroad.

 

 

This position will be responsible for all sales and business development responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Developing and executing corporate sales business plans. Streamlining the daily workflow with parties concerned. Developing/leading sales forecast process to be used to help production scheduling. Developing and managing company product and sales training. Responsible for planning sales targets and sales reporting. Analyzing the result of sales and marketing activities, and improving the process and strategies as needed. Staying informed of competitor's activities.

 

Base salary plus commission.  Full benefits and 401k with a company match.

 

 

Essential Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is required. At least ten years of related experience in marketing and sales management. Five or more years experience as manager of sales, sales teams, and independent manufacturer's representatives. Good understanding of Information Technology and Internet based solutions. Excellent time management and organizational skills, including ability to accurately gauge project duration, deliver on deadlines, and manage a workload with possible conflicting priorities. Strong influencing skills and motivation to succeed. Ability to multi-task and motivate a team. Experienced with new territory start-ups.  Building a client list with no leads.  Being a HUNTER IS A MUST. Experienced Sales Executive with high energy and a positive attitude that enjoys working in a team atmosphere. Must be goal oriented and have excellent administrative skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to develop and institute effective sales and product training programs. Travel throughout the United States and abroad as needed. Proven results.
