Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Coordinator of Marketing Services for our New York City Office in the fragrance division. The successful candidate will assist in the daily management of all Marketing Services programs and special marketing projects.

 

Overall Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 

·  Responsible for coordinating the approval process for all marketing projects including scented pieces, co-op advertising and layouts.

·  Issue creative requests for design and production

·  Issue project briefs to the corporate office for the assembly of merchandising and Marketing Services projects

·  Facilitate monthly sales tracking as requested.

·  Responsible for monitoring stock for all key merchandising items as well as access inventory levels based on shipping trends.

·  Facilitate mailings to the field

·  Coordinate preparation and set-up for all meetings both inside and outside of the office

·  Maintain organization of product closet

·  Respond efficiently and appropriately to all requests and needs from the field

§ Assist Senior Manager with  any special marketing projects

 Experience/Skill Requirements:

 

The successful candidate will possess 1 - 2+ years experience working in the beauty, or related industry. Qualified individual must have strong computer skills, experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point as well as possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Detail oriented, the incumbent must be pro-active, self-motivating, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree required.
