Marketing Administrative Assistant - To $45K
Do you have strong communication and organization skills? Are you a fast learner, creative and able to multi-task? Do you have excellent administrative skills, are you flexible and a team player? If so, then we want to see you! Our North Shore client has been in business for over 50 years and they have a Marketing Assistant position open in their modern corporate offices. We are looking for someone that is laid back, focused and has strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include: * Providing administrative support to the VP of Marketing and Product Management* Preparing for meetings including shipping, printing, scanning, faxing and more* Developing agreements and following up that invoices are correct and processed* Preparing for tradeshows* Scheduling meetings, arranging travel and putting together expense reports* Creating and maintaining documents, spreadsheets and presentations* Tracking and analyzing the department budget* Working on special projects and other duties as assigned Required Skills: The ideal candidate will either have three or more years of administrative experience in a marketing environment or they will have their Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and SAP is a HUGE PLUS!
