Manufacturing Supervisor - Night Shift

Manage workers and production through a department/assembly line. Coach and develop employees by providing opportunities in which employees can upgrade their skills and abilities. Assist plant manager in efforts to continuously improve manufacturing operations. Serve as main point of contact for the facility during the second shift. Provide leadership by ensuring operation is in compliance with safety and environmental policies. Communicate schedule disruptions to appropriate personnel in a timely fashion.

High School Diploma or GED is required. Three to five years related manufacturing experience is required.  Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment is required.  Previous Fabrication experience is preferred. Excellent organizational skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must have good computer skills and proficient experience with Excel and Word. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
