Manufacturing Buyer/Planner

GlyMed Plus®, the leader in medically based professional skincare, has an immediate need for a Manufacturing Buyer/Planner at its headquarters in Spanish Fork, UT. 

 

This permanent position requires a proven hands-on leader; detail and results oriented, who can support organizational growth to include problem solving and the ability to recommend and implement solutions. 

 

The main responsibility and focus of this position is to place orders to meet material requirements relative to quantity, quality, cost,and timing; assist with supplier selection and management, and negotiate the purchase of materials/services, communicating to a wide variety of both internal and external customers and following prescribed financial methods and procedures. 

 

This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience planning and purchasing in a manufacturing environment and strong communication skills. Must have experience working with MAS 200 and knowledge of purchasing and inventory planning procedures/policies a must.
