Manager of Continuous Improvement My client is a growing and profitable manufacturer of high quality steel containers used for a variety of different applications in many different markets. They are a one-shift operation (by choice) and have a motivated workforce with a strong retention rate. They are a non-union shop with lean manufacturing principles in place, but lots of room for improvement.
