These positions are focused on distribution and manufacturing services for major consumer product companies. These positions will be responsible for the direction and management of operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping & receiving and other production related activities in 24/7 operations.  These positions direct and monitor departmental supervisors to accomplish goals of the clients’ business, consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures as well as tracking projects and ensuring they are handled and completed accurately and timely.

 

Logistics Site Manager Job Qualifications/Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be self-directing, positive, creative and energetic with a strong sense of urgency.  He/she must excel in working closely with clients. In addition he/she must demonstrate a commitment to diversity and cross-cultural sensitivity that will earn the respect of a diverse workforce.

 

Experience/Education Requirements

• Well seasoned manufacturing operations manager (minimum 5 years).

• Expert problem resolution and process improvement. 

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

• BS preferred, Bachelors required with minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Operations Manager Job Qualifications/Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be self-directing, positive, creative and energetic with a strong sense of urgency.  He/she must excel in working closely with clients. In addition he/she must demonstrate a commitment to diversity and cross-cultural sensitivity that will earn the respect of a diverse workforce.

 

Experience/Education Requirements

• Expert problem resolution and process improvement.

• Six Sigma (Green Belt a plus), Lean Manufacturing. 

• Safety background a plus.

• BS preferred, Bachelors required with minimum 3.0 GPA.

 



Shift Manager Job Qualifications/Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be self-directing, positive, creative and energetic with a strong sense of urgency.  He/she must excel in working closely with clients. In addition he/she must demonstrate a commitment to diversity and cross-cultural sensitivity that will earn the respect of a diverse workforce.

 

Experience/Education Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in a related field of study, with 2-3 years experience in production

and/or Logistics Management, or Engineering Degree. 

• Good communication and interface skills with in diverse workforce.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitasks.

• Excellent problem solving, strong math and computer skills.

• Prior supervisory experience a plus.

• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing a plus!

 

Entry-Level Industrial Engineer or Business Management Job Qualifications/Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be self-directing, positive, creative and energetic with a strong sense of urgency.  He/she must excel in working closely with clients. In addition he/she must demonstrate a commitment to diversity and cross-cultural sensitivity that will earn the respect of a diverse workforce.

 

Experience/Education Requirements

• Duties will include field support, supervision of staff and assistance with inventory management systems for a 24/7 operation.

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management

with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 is required. 

• Excellent problem resolution, process improvement, math skills, computer skills (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) and communication skills are required.

• Candidate must excel in working closely with clients and leading a diverse workforce.
