Light Industrial Recruiter Needed

 

We are looking for a competitive, self-motivated individual who has the drive to succeed and contribute to company goals. We are not looking for experienced recruiters or people that have been around staffing long amounts of time. This is a great entry/mid-level position for someone eager to develop a long-term career in recruiting and advance to a management position. Majority of the responsibilities will require putting qualified candidates to work with our various clients through out the NY and NJ metropolitan area.

 

We provide thorough training and hands-on experience in:

 

• Utilizing established recruiting resources to bring in the most qualified applicants interested in Light Industrial work; as well as give you the opportunity to develop your own creative recruiting methods.

• Performing proper screening of candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requisitions

• Conduct skills testing, office interviews, and reference checks

• Build professional relationships with our clients through various mediums of networking and collaboration.

• Seek out new clients, new business opportunities, and referrals.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Must have at least 6 months to one year recruiting experience in light industrial field (laborers, forklifters, drivers, etc.)

• Have a college degree

• Be a self starter and able to work on a team/alone

• Have a strong competitive drive to be the best

• Have a ‘can do’ mentality with energy and enthusiasm

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a consistent fashion

• Must be able to work Over-time
