Lead Machine / Technician Operator – 1st Shift

Summary:

Responsible for and capable of setting up tooling and equipment and optimizing equipment uptime anywhere in the plant. The ability to respond rapidly to situations to meet production plans and service the requirements of our customers is a must.

 

Experience:Machine set-up/troubleshooting, repair and maintenance experience in a machine based manufacturing environment.Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting..Leadership ability to provide quality instruction, education and support to other Lead Operators and Production Operators.HS/GED required.

 

Requirements: Effective problem solving skillsExcellent mathematical skillsStrong communication/interpersonal skillsPositive Attitude / Team playerFlexibility to work overtime, and at times without prior notice
