Internet Marketing ManagerNew York City

 

Primary Functions:

• Business liaison - resolve issues as needed  (e.g.: ASNs being sent, shipping guidelines followed)

•  Creative management -planning and providing updated creative for site refreshes

•  Branding integration - supplying vendor with branded (e.g.: VINCE) boxes, tissue paper, gift card holders, etc

•  Marketing analysis / sell strategy; sales forecast

•  Partner with ongoing site development and enhancements (e.g.: determine site functionality roadmap, coordinate user acceptance testing)

•  Partner with outside services and agencies to develop effective media plans and on-line drive-to-store initiatives

•  Coordinate and Lead site design approvals & content management (photography, product descriptions, colors, sizes, etc)

•  Review site analytics & take action based on those reports for optimal merchandising and campaign management  (i.e.: review & approve all promotions for the site)

 

Secondary Functions:

•  Retail & on-line policy integration - ensuring 'like' policies (e.g.: returns) are in place.

•  Assist ITS and Corporate Marketing department in overall Vendor and creative agency procurement and management (e.g.: contract adherence to SLA's) as well as financial governance.

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

•  5 years of internet marketing experience. At least 2 years of impactful experience in online marketing, including PPC, affiliates, display.

•  Science or business undergraduate degree

•  Experience working on a direct response marketing team preferred

•  Consumer marketing experience preferred

•  Excellent communication skills

•  Proven Project Management skills

•  Hands on, self sufficient with ability to work with limited direction

•  Strong influencing skills

•  Advanced excel skills to include pivot table creation,  ability to create macros and query writing

•  Demonstrated track record of personally developing direct to consumer campaigns resulting in increased traffic to the site and measurable conversion rates

•  Strong planning skills

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
