Coordinate with the regional global account sales teams to grow the account in all locations around the world. Be the single point of contact for international sales and coordinate through the NAM.Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Research the customer groups and understand ADT’s position with each customer and develop the right value proposition to pitch from ADT WW. Identify sales opportunities and create leads for EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Support the regional sales teams to close the sale.2. Drive outbound sales opportunities by building the relationship with the global decision makers and work with the regional and in-country sales teams to ensure consistency and quality of the site survey, quote and local relationship management.3. Be the relationship manager for international sales on the identified accounts. Hold quarterly business reviews, develop reports and dashboards and proactively provide improved levels of service to the account.4. Support the execution of and assist in the sharing of customer standards, standard work plans, qualification documents, sales proposals, presentations etc. Ensure consistency across multiple locations within your country where substitute products should be used.5. Be the single point of contact with customer service initiatives and problem resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction by researching and resolving customer service issues identifying root cause and communicating with other offices on how to prevent future occurrences.6. Must work within the Customer Relationship Management tool (salesforce.com) to manage account information, contacts, leads, projects etc. Requirements:Requirements:Education: 4 year degree in Sales/Marketing or Business. MBA preferredExperience: Minimum five (5) years sales, business development in a large corporate environment with five (5) years industry experience preferred. Proven ability to interact effectively with executive level industry contacts Demonstrated ability to generate complex proposals and pricing development.
