In addition to sales offices in North America, the company has a sales presence in Italy, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Belgium to serve global customers.As the Inspector, your responsibilities will include: Responsible for inspection of fixed equipment and piping in accordance with API 510 and API 570. Management of inspection data and report writing. Supporting the development of routine and turnaround inspection scope recommendations and perform and/or coordinate turnaround inspection execution. Supporting Engineering with inspection and repair recommendations in accordance with API 510 or NBIC codes. Flint Hills Resources Alaska's North Pole refinery near Fairbanks, Alaska, has a crude oil processing capacity of about 220,000 barrels per day. It is the largest oil refinery in the state. It processes North Slope crude oil and supplies gasoline, jet fuel, heating oil, diesel, gasoline and asphalt to local and international markets. Familiarity with non-destructive testing qualifications. .Preferred Work Experience: Mechanical Integrity system development. Knowledge of computer systems including Word, Access, etc. Familiarity with UltraPipe Inspection software is preferred.Required Education: High school diploma Possess at least one of the following certifications: API 570, API 653, and/or API 510. Physical Requirements:The ability to perform essential physical tasks related to the position, including but not limited to: visual inspections, climbing to heights of 180 feet, bending, stretching, crawling, working in confined spaces.Additional Information: Salary: DOE Relocation available.
