The Inside Sales/Contract Administrator will internalize and act according to Koch’s MBM concepts by providing courteous, knowledgeable, and timely service in a professional manner to all our customers.The Inside Sales/Contract Administrator will: Assist the Aftermarket Department in estimating, quoting, and processing parts orders in a timely manner according to MBM standards.  Review quotes to make sure pricing match with customer purchase order.Coordinate with vendors for fabrication and export/domestic shipments on special orders. Work with shipping and receiving department to arrange handling of shipments by designated export crating contractor and freight forwarder. Strive to furnish the best service and product available to customers by following up on quotations and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.  Serve as the primary contact for customers needing parts after hours, nights/and or weekends.



HS Diploma is required.  One to two years of experience with inside sales.  Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access).  Excellent follow-up skills.
