Ice Cream Freezer Management Assistant
Monitor Ice Cream cabinet status and perform data entry to ensure cabinet locations are accurately represented in the Freezer Management System (FMS). Provide field sales and distributor support.
ACTIVITIES/TASKS/DUTIES
**Perform data entry functions (50% of current role, however, as the new FMS is rolled out, this will reduce significantly)
**Confirm cabinet locations by accurately matching verifications to the Freezer Management System
**Enter cabinet placement contracts and shop-scores in FMS
**Provide support to field sales / distributors in defined OOH areas
**Receive calls referring to cabinet opportunities
**Monitor cabinet status
High School Diploma Required, College Degree preferred
Excellent data entry skills required. Strong oral communication skills. Previous Office related work required
Work very closely with field sales and distributors.
