It contributes to the success of General Mills by developing and implementing strategies and programs that create an increasingly innovative, flexible, dynamic organization made up of outstanding employees. Responsibilities:• Manage and implement strategic HR projects and initiatives. • Partner with business leaders to help drive business performance using sound HR knowledge. • Drive diversity initiatives, employee development, organization review and other key leadership development activities. • Counsel managers and employees consistent with GMI policies/practices, legal considerations, etc. and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues. • Rollout and drive corporate programs (i.e. Climate Survey, Benefits Enrollment, etc.). • Identify and partner with internal and/or external resources to deliver results. • Lead organizational assessments and develop strategies and tactics to address current issues and future needs. • Hire, coach and influence business partners to utilize sound management and leadership practices.
