Human Resources Leader
Perform HR generalist responsibilities Manage and develop team of HR professionals Manage the recruiting and selection process Manage the performance review process Manage the compensation process Handle employee relations issues Ensure compliance with Federal, state & local employment laws Ensure compliance with HR standards & practices within the CGK Foundation Job Requirements:7+ years of HR experience managing employee relations, general benefits, compensation, and recruiting & selection Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to mentor and develop employees in the HR profession Familiarity and ability to apply employment laws on a city, state and federal level Ability to partner with professional resources (e.g., legal, benefit providers, etc.) Ability to develop and maintain relationships Work Experience/Skills PREFERRED HR experience in a non-profit environment Education REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited University Education PREFERRED Master’s degree in Human Resource Management SPHR Certification Physical Demands or Unusual Working Conditions Role may require working outside of normal working hours or days Other Considerations/Comments ** PLEASE NOTE: This position is located in Arlington, VA. **Drug tests are required, unless prohibited by state law.
