HR Business Unit Consultant

 

The HR Business Unit Consultant will work with assigned client groups to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the business to ensure attainment of business goals and objectives. This role is responsible for all areas of human resources management related to client groups in ensuring a flexible, high performance culture that drives business results by maximizing organizational effectiveness. Particular emphasis will be placed on workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, organizational development, performance management, and assistance in organizational design compensation and rewards systems.

 

RequirementsMinimum of three to five years cross-functional HR professional experience  Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Org. Psych, Social Sciences or related discipline Excellent written, verbal and active listening communication skills with customer and quality focus Experience in Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Talent Management and Development (employee and organizational), Workforce Planning Proven sound business judgment, analytical skills and decision making abilities Demonstrated ability to question the status quo and manage conflicts effectively Strong relationship building and change management skills with an understanding of interpersonal relationships, human dynamics and organizational behavior Strong consulting and business partnering skills Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels within assigned organization Strong coaching, group facilitation and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to think strategically as well as act tactically Demonstrated high level of integrity, credibility and discretion with confidential information Demonstrated ability in MS Office Suite products and expertise in HR database tools as desired Occasional travel may be required
