Human Resources Assistant

Human Resources Assistant needed to work in Livingston, TN.

Serve the requirements of applicants, field staff and clients in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Maintain applicant pool adequate to support existing business and accommodate new business. Position has discretionary responsibility as to the qualification, and management (hiring, disciplinary action, attendance tracking, dismissal, etc.) of field staff (temps) on account.

Hours are: 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch or 30 minutes, with 2-15 minute breaks.

Responsible for all the reporting and graphs, absentee reports, turnover reports, status reports.

Additional Responsibilities:

Communicate with supervisors about openings, interviews, problems etc.

Workers comp. paperwork

Responsible for field staff (temp) documentation, computerized record maintenance.

Communicate any potential problems.

Confirm all next day starts the prior evening by telephone.

Conduct position with computer knowledge and experience, including MSWord
