________________________________________________________________________________ Human Resource Manager Outstanding Human Resource Manager OPPORTUNITY!!With Flexible Hours and Competitive Pay Are you looking for an environment that fosters growth & rewards performance?Ready to start working IMMEDIATELY?  Spherion in partnership with a Successful Manufacturing company has an urgent need for a very professional, personable and reliable Human Resource Manager with Manufacturing experience.   Grow your career with Spherion…We are committed to your growth and career development! This position offers an exciting opportunity to master a wide array of administrative and communications skills.   Primary Responsibilities include:  Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results   Minimum Qualifications include:    Bachelors Degree in Human Resources At least Twenty years of Human Resource Management Experience Minimum two years experience in Manufacturing Willingness to Relocate   Compensation and Benefits: In addition to the stability and security you receive by working for a leader in a manufacturing industry, Spherion offers you a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay and a chance to start a great career.  EEO/AA/ADA  If this describes the opportunity you are looking for – APPLY NOW.
