Housekeeper (Part-Time)

Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas daily according to facility procedures. Launder bed linens and towels. Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Job Requirements:Candidate must possess a strong work ethic and personal integrity. No experience necessary. Work Experience/ Skills PREFERRED Previous cleaning experience. Experience with cleaning products and understanding MSDS. Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies. Education REQUIRED No education required. Education PREFERRED G.E.D or high school diploma equivalent preferred. Physical Demands/ Unusual Working Conditions This role requires performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
