General Overview:Gourmet food product manufacturing organization in Concord, NC is in search of an HR Generalist for a direct hire position. This is an amazing opportunity to work with an international organization offering huge growth potential and great employee benefits!! This is a true hands–on position that will require someone with 5+ years of Human Resources experience to implement new policies and procedures to operations staff. The qualified candidate will have a proven track record in a mid-size organization, a solid and stable work history and must be PHR certified.
