Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Call Center Customer Service Representatives
Dyson launched its DCO7 vacuum cleaner in the United States in 2002 and today it’s a market leader.
At Dyson we’re passionate about doing things differently: technology, ways of working and thinking. But that’s only half the story. Exceptional customer service is vital.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Chicago.
Responsibilities
You’ll take customer calls; dealing with their inquiries professionally and with passion. We’ll also want you to develop your skills, take opportunities and become a part of our success.
Key qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service position is preferred, but not essential (we want new ideas, not just tried and tested ones). A High School diploma or equivalent is required as well as strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Some knowledge of CRM software would be good (Siebel). Call management systems knowledge (Avaya BCMS/CMS) would also be beneficial.
Dyson offers an enjoyable working atmosphere, competitive salary and benefits package. It’s located in the River North district in downtown Chicago. For a full job description and to apply online visit www.careers.dyson.com. Applications and resumes are only accepted on-line.
Dyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer AA m/f/v/d
