Executive Assistant to the CEO
Executive Assistant
CEO of rapidly growing consumer product’s company seeks talented assistant with at least 4 years experience as an executive assistant.
Capabilites:
*Organized: Maintains a follow-up system, documents procedures, maintains files efficiently for quick retrieval of information.
*Flexible: Adapts to changes in assignments and CEO needs, pro-active at problem solving, a “Can Do” attitude.
*Pro-active: Aware of schedules, dates and deadlines; anticipate the needs of the CEO before asked.
*Professional: projects positive image even under pressure, excellent communication and listening skills, proven ability to multi-task, trusted conduit of information between the CEO and Senior Management.
*Computer skills: advanced experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word, experience with Great Plains software is desirable.
Responsibilites:
*Maintain calendars and schedule appointments
*Coordinate internal and external meetings.
*Coordinate travel arrangements.
*Manage and track contracts, agreements and correspondence.
*Process incoming mail, faxes and correspondence.
*Plans and coordinates special events.
