Gibson Guitar Corp, the world’s premier musical instrument manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to be based at the Gibson World Headquarters in Nashville, TN.

 

Applicant must have: exceptional written/verbal communication skillsa superior diplomatic and mature minded approach to business high work standards and ability to handle confidential information sensitively in a highly professional mannerability to work successfully in an extremely demanding environmentability to work competently with a fast paced, global, top tier executive

 

Ideal candidate will have 6+ years senior level executive support experienceprevious responsibility for calendar/event maintenance of a high profile executive advanced computer skills with a variety of software tools 

 

Successful candidates will have worked in metropolitan based companies with a demanding work load. 

 

Entertainment Industry and International experience a big plus.

 

Hours are typically 8am-6pm.  However, if an international business item needs to be addressed, these hours may be extended.Employee flexibility is a must.
