The Greysmith Companies has an immediate need for an outgoing upbeat Executive Administrator.

 

This position is responsible for a wide variety of secretarial, clerical, and coordination duties to support executives in the management and administering of day-to-day activities.  The candidate will receive and transfer phone calls to the proper extensions, open & sort mail, compose & type confidential letters and reports as well as assisting with presentation preparations. An extremely professional customer service oriented person is needed in order to represent the department well. Other responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and arranging traveling needs for the applicable executive.

 

Entry-level accounting knowledge is definitely a plus, as minimal accounting duties may be assigned. The ability to work independently and attention to detail are also key aspects to this position. This is a fast paced office environment and the successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task as well as work within a team environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to support any department that may have an administrative need. Strong computer skills are an advantage and an ideal skill set would include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as a familiarity with QuickBooks.
