•Supervise all aspects of Building and Grounds, Maintenance and Security for the facility and be responsible for direct supervision of approximately 15-20 Avon Associates and contract employees.
•Responsible for safety and environmental compliance in assigned areas.
•Maintains work order system and storeroom inventories.
•Manages capital projects for Engineering and other units as requested.
•Manages all aspects of Facility Security Services.
•Shares responsibility of budget for Engineering (2-4mm).
Requirements
•4 Year Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Engineering.
•Experience in project/process management, continuous improvement and quality control highly desired
•Minimum of 2-5 years experience leading facilities maintenance team in a manufacturing, production or distribution center environment.
•Experience in a computerized maintenance management system required. Must have the ability to diagnosis, test and program scanners and other equipment.
•Strong technical knowledge and expertise required: general plant maintenance, preventative maintenance, facilities management, mechanical maintenance.
•PC literate with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Excellent presentation skills; interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
•Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
