Leading Food Manufacturer with Growth and Career Opportunities is looking for an Engineering Manager for their quality organization. Strong Salary and Benefit Package (including Health, Dental, 401k; Match, etc.) for the right-fit candidate!

Job Responsibilities:Become the in-house expert for the new state-of-the-art robotic packing line;Drive improvements in the Safety Program, and ensure compliance with facility security requirements;Reports directly to the COO;Oversee/Manage the Maintenance Department consisting of a Maintenance Supervisor, a Stock Room Attendant and 14 Mechanics.

Qualifications:10 Years Experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Lean; Food Manufacturing a plus;

Demonstrated success managing/implementing capital projects;

Experience in Safety Management and OSHA compliance;

Working proficiency in PLC programming and CAD Systems;

Energetic and thorough attention to detail.
