POSITION SUMMARY: Plant Process Control Engineer, responsible for all the Electricity and automation related activities in area of responsibility, including: * Electrical and Process Control* Manufacturing Execution System (MES)* Project planning and execution* Project Management in area of responsibility* CAPEX associated with above areas* Plant personnel development and training* Environment and operational safety for all areas abovePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Lead, design as per Nestlé E and A standards and Good Hygienic Engineering principles, installation, start-up and handover at pre-determined guaranteed performance, all the equipment and lines included in his/her area of responsibility.* Ensure alignment of the process with the final customers in production.* Early management of the operational, environmental safety and technical aspects of the line to ensure a smooth product commissioning and handover to production.* Prepare monthly reports with emphasis on timing and cost estimation in the area of responsibility. * Lead multi-functional activities (obtaining agreement from other related areas), for Start-Up including FAT (Factory Acceptance trials), technical commissioning (with dry and wet trials), product commissioning, cleaning validations, and FDA validations in their respective area of responsibility.* Close co-ordinations with other functions such as quality, safety, operations and production, with special emphasis on QMS, HAACP and calibration.* Develop themselves as an expert in their area of responsibility for a long-term support of the operation.* Assist in necessary training of the personnel.* Handover assets with as-built drawings, maintenance plan and trained operators. REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:* Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineer license.* Desirable MBA degree and PMP certification (Project Management Institute).EXPERIENCE:* Minimum 12 years of engineering experience in Food, Mechanical or Electrical engineering. Preferred:* 4 years experience as a Plant Electrical engineer, in a Food industry* 4 years experience as a Project E and A Engineer* 4 years of experience in Process Control and MES* Proven knowledge and experience in Power distribution and Electrical Energy Management SKILLS * Good organizational/administrative skills* Strong project management skills* Competent design knowledge* Strong communication and presentation skills* High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project* SAP knowledge desirable* Extensive experience in AB ControLogixs, Wonderware In Touch and Middleware * Knowledge in applicable standards and regulations: ISA 4.1, S88* Product management in the pharmaceutical or food industry* Good knowledge and experience with power distribution in industrial facilities* Process qualification, validation in the pharmaceutical or food industry IQ, OQ, PQ* FDA and GMP/GAMP regulation* Process automation, PLC and SCADA systems, APC RESPOND HERE!
