Domestic Merchandise Disbursements Associate

As a member of Charming Shoppes' state-of-the-art shared services organization, the Business Service Center, the Merchandise Disbursements Associate will:   Process invoices and charge backs into three way matching and Accounts Payable systems. Communicate with team and vendors regarding payment and processing issues. Assist analysts with the resolution of vendor issues related for all Brands and divisions. Open and sort mail and review reports associated with invoices processed for accuracy. Mail payments and supporting documentation as necessary. Respond to vendor payment inquiries.   Job Requirements: Minimum 1 Year work experience in a professional environment. High School diploma or equivalency. Ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of Accounts Payable and data entry. Knowledge of MS Excel is desirable. Problem solving skills and customer service skills are needed, as well as the ability to be flexible and organized.
