Distributor Relations Representative

 

We are an exciting, fast paced, $200 million multi-channel consumer products company selling a variety of personal care, wellness, home environment and fitness products through a combination of television direct marketing, internet and traditional big box retail.  We are seeking five high energy, out-going Distributor Relation Representatives to form a “coreâ€� team which will be the foundation on which the company will expand its operations.  If you are intelligent, quick thinking, personable, a problem solver, and motivated, this is your chance to prove yourself, get noticed and start a career path in this exciting industry.

 

Daily duties include order entry, customer care, distributor support, policy administration, and trouble-shooting. You must have experience and training in a Network Marketing/Distributor Relations call center environment, a professional demeanor and the willingness to contribute to the growth and expansion of our company. 

 

 

Responsibilities

· Responsible for real-time entry of orders, new applications, renewal processing and changes to account information in the software system

· Answer in-bound calls and provide instruction on the use of the company’s website for ordering, obtaining information, and using the web office tools; product information; compensation plans; product packs; distributor rankings and advancement requirements; incentives, recognition and events

· You must understand the payment processes and the take the steps related to resolution of payment-related problems (credit card, ACH, money orders, personal checks, cash)

· Perform out-bound calls to distributors and customers to resolve payment issues

 

Minimum Requirements

· High school graduate or equivalent.  Degree helpful

· Preferred: 6 months experience in a Network Marketing organization performing the function of a Distributor Relations Representative

· Must have knowledge of Compensation Plans, Policy Administration and Procedures.

· Excellent skills with Window XP package, including Word, Excel.

· Working knowledge of returns & exchanges; autoship and the handling of all setup & changes; and fulfillment/shipping processes;

· Detailed knowledge of the use of leads system, Field Policies, and Distributor Front office / Back office website

· Bilingual, Spanish a plus

· Ability to combine your Distributor Relations experience with your excellent customer service qualities in a fast-paced office environment
