Take this operation to the next level through helping develop the team, creating a strong growth culture, and showing operational excellence.  You will have complete P & L responsibility for your location, including operations, maintenance, safety, daily sales routing, finance and HR.The ideal candidate will possess: Ability to manage details while keeping strategic vision Strong desire to develop leaders History of achieving results Strategic business perspective Scheduling and routing logistics management 4+ years of successful leadership experience Potential to be promoted to a higher level position(s) Strong entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication skills Strong employee relations skills Bachelor’s Degree; Master's Degree a plus!
