Director of Retail Sales

Philly's Famous Water Ice Inc. is seeking a Director of Retail Sales. Rapidly growing frozen dessert company in Tampa, FL is expanding its sales team to drive penetration of new products into the In-Store Bakery and assume responsibilities for frozen novelty sales in grocery and club channels. Report to Founder and CEO of fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and successful (annual sales exceed $20MM) organization and become key member of executive team Responsible for roll-out of ice cream cupcake product into ISB department; call on accounts to gain new distribution; manage customer relationships, programs, and promotions Assume responsibilities over time for key existing grocery and club accounts Requirements: 7-10 years experience selling value-added food products into In-Store Bakery department.  Strong existing customer relationships in grocery ISB.  Frozen grocery and club, Wal-Mart experience is a plus.  College degree preferred.  Willing and able to travel extensively, including spending substantial time in Tampa if not living in Tampa.
