BCI Group The Business Consumer Insights Group is a formatted division of IRI that focuses on the Panel Operations and the Testing areas of IRI . The Panel Operations is responsible for managing the Shoppers Hotline via our household panel and managing product trends using our Client Incidence Process distribution. You will be responsible for investigating data quality issues revealed by unusual values in Panel Databases. Monitor and evaluate trend variance, and formulate corrective action plans to address data declines, and identify potential process improvements. Summarize outcomes of investigations in reports, and write specifications for the elimination of problems. Communicate recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, and drive implementation of the change. In addition, identify, develop, implement, and maintain key quality, and process metrics that serve as indicators of Panel health and performance. Understanding statistical methods and practices. Required Experience:1-3 years experience as a Data Analyst • Experience with Relational Databases (e.g., Oracle, Access, FoxPro, SQL Server) • Knowledge of SQL and PLSQL • Experience using SAS to manipulate and extract data. • Understanding of statistical practices and methods • Analytic mode of thinking, with great attention to detail.
