Position: DIRECTOR of HUMAN RESOURCES Location: (close to) Fayetteville, North Carolina Industry: Consumer Products Manufacturer
Salary: $125,000 Range + 25% Bonus + Benefits + Relocation
Company and Background:
§ Billion dollar plus consumer products manufacturer operating several manufacturing plants in several states has an immediate need for a Director of Human Resources reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Scope:
§ Selected Director of Human Resources will have regional human resources responsibility for several assigned plants and will direct plant Human Resources Managers.
§ Selected candidate will be based out of a manufacturing location near Fayetteville, North Carolina.
“Must Have” Requirements:
§ At least ten years of human resources management experience in manufacturing.
§ Multiple plant/facility human resources responsibility.
§ Direct supervision of other Human Resources Managers.
§ Strong labor relations experience with labor unions and contract negotiations.
§ Human resources experience at a director’s level.
§ Clean professional background without excessive employment changes.
§ Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
