Customs Compliance Analyst
Dole Food Company, Inc., with 2006 revenues of $6.2 billion, is the world's largest producer and marketer of high-quality fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and fresh-cut flowers. Dole markets a growing line of packaged foods and frozen fruit and is a produce industry leader in nutrition and research. Assist with all aspects of Customs Compliance for the importing and exporting of shipments for Dole Package Foods. Duties include but are not limited to interfacing with external customers, Customs Broker, Third Party Warehouses, Drayage Companies; internal customers include Dole Philippines, Dole Thailand, Finance, Dole Frozen Atwater. Assist with C-TPAT, Export documentation, maintaining FDA Reg. #'s, FDA and Customs holds.Other responsibilities as assigned.Major duties and responsibilities:Custom Broker Payment / WiresAuto Pay Drayage InvoicesAssist in the maintenance of CTPAT programFilingCustoms and FDA Hold notification emailsExport Shipment bookings, expediting and documentMaintenance of HTS Classification listing KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Excellent Excel skills required Minimum (2) years of import / export environment, logistics experienceWorking knowledge of FDA and US Customs regulations, import/export requirements, C-TPAT and international documentation. Team PlayerAbility to handle high volumes of workWillingness to go above and beyondStrong Communication Skills Strong Planning and Analytical Skills Creativity, Initiative, - Innovation Ability to work effectively with others Strong Time Management Skills EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: College degree preferred RESPOND HERE!
