Dale and Thomas Popcorn, is a privately held company, which manufactures America’s first line of farm fresh—chef crafted--premium popcorn products.  Based in Englewood, New Jersey we sell through the retail, direct, and wholesale channels.  In addition to the premium Dale and Thomas Popcorn brand, we recently introduced Popcorn, Indianaâ„¢ a wholesale, premium, kettle corn line sold at supermarkets, chain stores and boutiques throughout the country.

 

Founded and run by successful entrepreneurs, we are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for our Wholesale Division. 

 Job Requirements3-5 years call center leadership experience Demonstrated customer service experience in Wholesale Consumer Products Experience across a number of retail channels i.e. food, drug, mass, club, c-store, natural food store, vending Experience with retailers such as Kroger, Safeway, Costco, Walgreens, K-Mart, Duane Reade, Target, 7-ElevenVendor managed inventory experience a plus Understanding of Direct Store Delivery (DSD), warehouse delivered, and grocery distributors Excellent communication and customer service skills Expertise using the Internet with advanced Microsoft Office skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
