Customer Service Rep-Chargeback Coordinator

                     Customer Service/Chargebacks 

Major Manufacturer of consumer goods is seeking an experience Customer Service Rep, with experience in dealing with major retailers.

 

 Strong background in analyzing and resolving all chargeback problems, either in writing or by phone is necessary. You will review, evaluate and process claims and make recommendations for resolution.

Job responsibilities include:

* Research and dispute all customer chargebacks

* Issue and send debit and credit memos and review and approve all customer returns.

* Follow up with all outstanding debit/credit memos

* File claims with carriers, warehouses

* request POD's from truckers, warehourse, etc.

* Correspond daily with customers, warehouses, factories, etc.

* monthly reconciliation for accountants

You must be computer literate in Word and Excel,  have excellent communication,  good math, verbal and written skills.  At least two years experience in a consumer products manufacturing environment working with credit, collections, chargebacks, claims etc. is necessary.
