Customer Service Associate Web/Catalog
Caswell-Massey is a premiere personal care products company. We are looking for a Cusomter Service Rep. to join our Web/Catalog division.Â
Duties include answering telephone inquiries and promoting our organization's products. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Ability to operate a data entry device to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel A+. Customer Service experience a must. Catalog experience preferred. Mail Order Manager experience helpful.
