Customer Service Advisor ... employee centered Itasca company will value your team contributions, dedication and talents! Customer Service Advisor will be in direct contact with customers (via phone and email), taking and processing orders, entering orders into the Excel database, checking order status, and tracking deliveries. This 1st shift, temp-to-hire position pays $12-$13/hour and provides fantastic benefits including major medical, dental, and 401K!

Customer Service Advisor must have exceptional communication rapport and prior customer service exposure in addition to good data entry, Excel and Outlook computer skills. Warehouse Distribution and/or Food industry background desirable. Qualified candidates are required to pass criminal background check and drug test.
