Counter Manager
Maximize retail sales by maintaining, developing and overseeing the Customer Registry Program; orchestrating promotional activities/events; training and motivating beauty advisors/makeup artists; and maintaining and managing effective stock control. To qualify, you must possess 3+ years of sales experience; supervisory, creative and superior presentation skills; a strong understanding of business strategy and budget management; and experience in fashion, beauty or retail.
Business Manager

Beauty Advisor (Part Time/Full Time)
Produce sales for Lancome by understanding and meeting customer needs with the products and services offered by Lancome. Perform sales-related functions that maintain the Lancome image and ensure the successful operation of the Lancome counter. To qualify, you must be numbers- and detail-oriented, as well as an enthusiastic team-player. Product knowledge, selling skills and customer service orientation are also required.
Freelance Make-up Artist
In this role, you will perform make-up demonstrations and skincare consultations. You will also set up and execute all major launches, as well as national and regional make-up artist events. You will also provide excellent customer service to Lancome customers. To qualify, you must possess formal beauty or make-up school training, along with a minimum of 3 years cosmetic industry experience. Experience motivating and training sales staff is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Some travel required.
