If you are about to graduate with an undergraduate degree and are interested in a career in Product Development, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing, you may be eligible for L’Oreal USA’s Corporate Operations Management Development Program.  Positions are located in the following locations:

·   Central New Jersey

·   Solon & Streetsboro, Ohio (outside of Cleveland)

·   North Little Rock,  Arkansas

·   Florence,  Kentucky (outside of Cincinnati)

·   New York City, NY

 

This rotational program will give you the opportunity to explore one of three career tracks (Product Development, Supply Chain or Manufacturing).  You will sharpen your skills through hands-on experience coupled with formal and informal leadership training internally and at L’Oreal USA’s Management Development Center.

Program Profile:

You will be exposed to and learn a variety of disciplines by actually doing the jobs in a highly productive environment with the opportunity to impact the bottom line. 

Product Development rotations include:  Technical Packaging, Purchasing, and Development (New Product Project Management).

Supply Chain rotations include:  Demand Planning, Market Supply Chain, Manufacturing Supply Chain, Customer Supply Chain, and Corporate Supply Chain.

Manufacturing rotations include:  Production Management, Project Engineering, Safety/Health/Environmental Engineering and Quality Management.

 Program Qualifications:

·  Candidate for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Packaging, Industrial),  Supply Chain, Business, or  Finance

·  Good academic standing, minimum of 3.00 GPA

·  Prior work experience (part-time, co-op or internship)

·  Demonstrated leadership and creativity

·  Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

·  A desire to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment

·  Passionate about your work

·  A global mindset and geographical flexibility

·  Knowledge of computer software packages (Microsoft Office)

·  Foreign language aptitude a plus

·  Legally eligible to work in US.
