Contract Recruiter - To $50 per hour

Are you looking for your next great Contract Recruiting opportunity?  Do you want to work with a multi-billion dollar company?  Are you flexible, have good project management and strong communication skills? If you said YES! to the above questions, then we want to see you NOW!  Our client has been in business for over 50 years AND is a looking for a Contract Recruiter for the next few months.  We are looking for someone that has strong problem solving abilities, time management and organizational skills.  Responsibilities include:   * Source and attract candidates for open positions* Partner with team to find diversity candidates* Develop metric reports to monitor results* Manage recruiting costs by networking, using the internet and campus activities* Carefully negotiate fees and contracts when necessary* Partner with HR Generalists to develop and maintain relationships with managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions* Partner with benefits and compensation to determine data for open positions* Interview suitable candidates and schedule face to face interviews with the candidates and managers* Manage the offer, complete background and reference checks * Other projects as needed  Benefits: Our client has very nice offices, business casual dress and EXCELLENT BENEFITS THAT START DAY 1!!  Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
