Compounder (Processing Technician)

SUMMARY
Operation of processing equipment to manufacture bulk lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Must be willing to work any shift and overtime as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Measures or weighs ingredients needed for product batches and places in manufacturing equipment.
• Transfers raw materials to storage bins and finished bulk product to dispensing equipment
• Operates manufacturing equipment: mixers, pumps, scales, meters, temperature controllers, hoists, etc.
• Operate fork trucks and pallet jacks after certification training
• Maintains accurate batch records required for various processes.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment at proper times and maintains cleaning and sanitization logs.
• All other duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• At least one year compounding and/or 2 years manufacturing experience
• High school diploma/GED
