Client Team Leader

Job Responsibilities
1. Revenue Budget Achievement
Achieve client sales goals and MPC commission budget by ensuring all Clients' brand marketing and Customer strategies are implemented.
Maximize all available client bonus's by assuring all ASM operating divisions understand and achieve their individual incentive targets
2. Client KPI's Achievement
Work with Clients to set KPI's across all areas of responsibility
Communicate and measure all KPI performance down to the BDM level - identify opportunities and possible solutions
3. Scorecards
Develop and maintain client scorecards to measure sales, KPI's, income, and other ASM value added services
Leverage scorecard performance with appropriate ASM operating divisions to achieve objectives
4. Close Whitespace Opportunities
Identify and prioritize commission opportunities across both front and back end client activities
Coordinate the development of a \"value added client proposition.\" - why would the client be better off with ASM services vs. the existing client business model
Present \"value added proposition\" to client with appropriate ASM operating division
5. Business/Category Reviews
Assist market and customer business teams with the development of sales presentations for key customer opportunities and business building ideas
Utilize syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, and other forms of available demographic information), as well as internal ASM tools such as SOE, CSE, and ARTS retail reporting

General requirements :
Job Requirements
4 Year College Degree or applicable work experience
Minimum 10 years work experience in a sales and marketing, consumer packaged goods, or food brokerage organization
Experience working with Vice President of Sales level and above positions.
Experience in Brand Management, Customer Management, Category Management and Shopper Marketing
Proven track record in client development, people development, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent sales presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Working knowledge of syndicated data
PC skills - Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to develop and work with spreadsheets.
Flexible schedule with ability to travel 75% of the time

Candidates should have some experinence with :
Must have national sales experience in managing a client on national or regional level. Must have CPG or food brokerage expereince. Must have exp. with brand management, customer management, shopper marketing, manage score cards; must understand category management and able to analyze and present to client during business reviews. Must have exp. working on the V.P. level.
