This position is responsible for providing day to day customer service to clients by fielding inbound calls and responding to questions and issues in a high volume call environment. This position is also responsible for placing follow-up calls when appropriate.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management.

Identify and respond to client problems and inquiries both verbally and in writing as appropriate.
Communicate procedures and time frames to clients regarding complex questions that require further research and analysis.
Communicate with clients to resolve problem transactions.
Utilize customer service notes system to monitor and maintain detailed client files to document client resolution.
Document verbal communications with client by recapping content of phone call into customer service notes log.
Achieve stated service call levels by consistently meeting customer service protocols.
Provide feedback/solutions to manager/supervisor to avoid errors and provide better service.
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Handle calls requiring in-depth product and process knowledge including escalated calls from Client Service Representatives and assisting the Supervisor and Manager in handling these issues.


Qualifications
Employee must possess excellent written and communication skills.
2-3 years customer service experience
Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Detail oriented and able to work well given timeframes and standards.


Education/Experience
High School Degree

Computer Skills
Basic Microsoft package
