Title: Client Services Manager

 

Reports to: VP Information Technology

 

Date:  August 18, 2008 

 

 

Position Description:

 

Position is responsible for overseeing all helpdesk activities and personnel.  Candidate will be responsible for all internal networking, email and phone systems and maintaining a 99.95% up time with all internal systems.  This position reports directly to VP of Information Systems for Keurig and currently has 3 direct reports.

 

Responsibilities:Oversee all help desk activities and personnel. Maintaining a Sarbanes-Oxley compliant logging and system and ensuring timely response and resolution of all requests. Assists team in career development plans and execution of such plans. Complies with and enforces standard IT policies and procedures.

 

 

Requirements:Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related experience Minimum of 4 years business and technical experience Minimum of 2 years employee management experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbalComputer proficiency with SYSTEMSKnowledge of Novel, Windows NT or Cisco
