Client Service Representative

This position is responsible for providing day to day customer service to clients by fielding inbound calls and responding to questions and issues in a high volume call environment. This position is also responsible for placing follow-up calls when appropriate.

Multiple shifts available!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Identify and respond to client problems and inquiries both verbally and in writing as appropriate.
-Communicate procedures and time frames to clients regarding complex questions that require further research and analysis.
-Communicate with clients to resolve problem transactions.
-Utilize customer service notes system to monitor and maintain detailed client files to document client resolution.
-Document verbal communications with client by recapping content of phone call into customer service notes log.
-Achieve stated service call levels by consistently meeting customer service protocols.
-Provide feedback/solutions to manager/supervisor to avoid errors and provide better service.
-Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School Degree plus 2-3 years customer service experience.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Internet, Order Processing Systems, and Excel Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
