CUSTOMER SERVICE - SEASONAL
Need extra money to keep up with today's rising costs but unable to work on a year round basis? Need a flexible schedule? The Danbury Mint is recruiting now for seasonal customer service positions at our Shelton call center.
Primary job focus is on handling in-bound phone calls from our customers, placing orders on our website and tracking shipments. Positions start in early October. We offer flexible schedules with hours ranging from 9AM to 7:30PM Monday through Thursday and 9AM to 5 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Courteous, professional and enthusiastic telephone manner
· Devotion to superlative customer service
· PC proficiency and comfort in navigating company specific websites
